Pricing
What shapes the quote
We quote fixed prices on site after inspection. Three things move the number: accessibility (a pipe behind tiles costs more to reach than an exposed one), parts quality (we offer good-better-best options where they exist), and urgency (after-hours slots carry a small premium, always stated upfront).
Standard repairs
Pipe section replacement, mixer swaps, flush system overhauls. Most jobs in this band finish the same visit.
Complex works
Concealed leak tracing and rerouting, multi-point failures, works needing hacking and making good. Quoted as a mini-project with a written scope.
