Appdesk started in 2019 with one van, two toolboxes and a simple observation: KL homeowners were juggling separate plumbers and electricians for jobs that were really one job.

Our Story

From two toolboxes to twelve technicians

Our founder spent a decade running maintenance for a serviced-apartment operator in KL city, fielding the same complaint over and over: the plumber blames the wiring, the electrician blames the pipes, and the resident pays twice. Appdesk was built to end that loop.

Today twelve technicians work out of our Ampang base — every plumber trained to recognise electrical hazards, every wireman comfortable shutting off and restoring water lines. The dispatcher who answers your WhatsApp sits ten steps from the parts store, which is why our first-visit fix rate stays above 85%.

Our Standards

Four rules every technician works by

  1. Quote before touching

    The price is agreed before the first tool comes out of the bag. Extra findings mean a fresh approval, never a padded invoice.

  2. Show, don't just tell

    You see the corroded pipe, the burnt terminal, the worn washer. We photograph what we replace and attach it to your receipt.

  3. Leave it cleaner

    Dust sheets down before work, vacuum and wipe-down after. The only evidence we were there should be the working repair.

  4. Answer the follow-up

    Warranty questions get answered by the same office that booked you, not a call centre. Your job history stays on file.

Where We Work

Ampang roots, Klang Valley reach

Being based at One Ampang Avenue puts us 15 minutes from KLCC, Cheras and Setapak outside rush hour. We plan routes each morning so technicians spend their day fixing, not crawling through traffic — and that keeps our time slots honest.

Landed homes, condominiums, shop lots and small offices all fit within our normal scope. For condominiums we coordinate with your management office on permits and lift bookings before the visit, so the crew starts on time.
