1. Cookies we set
Strictly necessary cookies. A session cookie (PHP session identifier) supports the booking form and its security token. It contains no personal information, is not used for tracking, and expires when you close your browser. This cookie does not require consent because the site's forms cannot function without it.
Consent preference cookie. When you make a choice in our cookie banner, that choice itself is stored in a cookie (cookieconsent_status) so we do not ask you again on every visit. It expires after 12 months.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent). If you click "Accept" on the banner, we may use analytics cookies to understand which pages are read and where visitors encounter problems. The data is aggregated; we do not use it to identify individuals. If you click "Reject", no analytics cookies are set.
2. Cookies set by third parties
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and the cookie banner library from a content delivery network. These requests can expose your IP address to the third party in the same way any web request does, but we have configured the site so that no third-party advertising or social media tracking cookies are placed.
3. Managing your choice

- Your browser's settings can block or delete cookies entirely; the booking form may stop working if the session cookie is blocked.
- Deleting your cookies also deletes your stored consent choice, so the banner will appear again.
