Warning signs your wiring is asking for help
Warm switch plates
Sockets or switches that feel warm, buzz, or show brown marks indicate loose terminals arcing behind the plate. This is the single most common pre-fire symptom we find.
Lights that dim under load
If the lights sag when the kettle or air-conditioner starts, the circuit is undersized or a neutral connection is failing. Both deserve a look within the week.
